Job Summary

Seeking an Assistant Manager – PPC to manage production planning, inventory, supply chain coordination, material planning, and production scheduling while ensuring on-time delivery and optimum inventory.

Roles & Responsibilities

·   Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts.

·   Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, QA and Logistics teams.

·   Monitor production schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment.

·   Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, WIP and finished goods.

·   Plan material requirements and avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.

·   Track production efficiency, capacity utilization and machine availability.

·   Prepare MIS reports and monitor KPIs.

·   Drive continuous improvement in planning, inventory and supply chain processes.

·   Ensure ERP/SAP transactions are updated accurately.

·   Lead and guide the PPC team.
