Experience in providing L2 support and should have worked in IT Service

Strong functional knowledge of MS D365 Business Central Modules
Business Process Understanding of IT Business Operations for ERP & CRM
Troubleshooting, finding RCA, and resolving issues related to Business
Central
Requirement Gathering, Documentation, Perform FRD & BRD
Experience in Data Management: Data Migration and Configuration
Experience in handling Business central implementation Phases
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
User adoption and User Training, UAT
Strong analytical and Problem-Solving skills
Should be available to work in shifts and should be available to provide
on call support over the weekends (if required)
UK Business Hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK Time)
Candidates should also be willing to provide 24x7 on-call support, as
required. The overall team consists of approximately six members, and the
on-call responsibility will be shared on a rotational basis.
