4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing roles
2 years of automation testing experience across Salesforce Platform Sales Service Experience or CPQ preferred
Handson experience testing Salesforce CPQ implementations
Experience building automation scripts using Selenium or equivalent automation tools
Experience working in AgileScrum environments
Experience supporting distributed or offshoreonshore teams
Salesforce CPQ Knowledge
Strong working understanding of

Sales Cloud Opportunities Accounts Forecasting
Service Cloud Case Management OmniChannel Entitlements Knowledge

Flows validation rules approval processes

Basic understanding of Apex and SOQL for validation and troubleshooting purposes

Work Model & Requirements:
The role requires working from home during the initial 3 months, primarily aligned with the night shift.
Post the initial 3 months, the candidate will work in current night shift schedule is from 5 PM to 2 AM IST, with an additional 30 minutes allocated for hand-off.while continuing in a work-from-home setup.

Candidates may be required to report to the office for 3–4 days in a month, subject to prior notification.
A stable internet connection and reliable power backup are mandatory and non-negotiable requirements.
In case of any network or connectivity issues, candidates will be required to report to the office to ensure uninterrupted work.
