NOC Senior Engineer (L3) (Cloud + Kubernetes (EKS))

• Cloud Platforms: Advanced operational experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS and Azure).
• Server Engineering: Expert-level Linux and Windows server administration, troubleshooting, patching, and performance analysis.
• Network Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of VPC/VNet architecture,
subnets, routing tables, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, security groups/NSGs, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Database Operations: Solid operational knowledge of cloud databases (AWS
RDS/Aurora, Azure SQL); performance symptoms, replication, failover, and availability concepts.
• Kubernetes & Containers: Operational expertise with Kubernetes (EKS), container
orchestration, node/pod health, and workload stability.
• Automation & Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on experience executing and validating
Terraform-based changes and scripted remediations.
• Observability & Tooling: Strong hands-on experience with CloudWatch, Azure Monitor,
Splunk, Grafana/Prometheus, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.

24×7 rotational shifts with structured handovers, overlap coverage, and escalation ownership.
