Product Manager

Job Summary:

The Product Manager at Ambak will play a pivotal role in driving the vision and strategy for our innovative product suite. This position requires a dynamic individual who can bridge the gap between technology and business to deliver exceptional user experiences and impact overall company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Gather and evaluate product feedback from customers and stakeholders to iteratively improve our offerings.
• Develop business cases and product requirements documents that outline key features and functionalities.
• Monitor product performance metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, representing the product both internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the technology sector or with SaaS products is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools to ensure a user-centered design approach.
• Demonstrated experience conducting user interviews and usability testing to guide product development.
• Certification in Product Management or agile practices (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
