- Sales Planning: Devise location sales plans with the Territory Head to hit target numbers based on local market trends.
- Portfolio & Book Size: Build a balanced, robust secured loan portfolio while monitoring asset quality and credit risks.
- Channel Management: Engage effectively with DSAs and intermediaries to enhance market share and sourcing effectiveness.
- Operations & Governance: Oversee end-to-end lending transactions, track productivity metrics, and manage day-to-day branch administration.
- Reporting: Compile MIS reports covering disbursements, profitability, and non-performing assets (NPAs) for senior management.
