eBoP Lead (Manager Level)

We have an urgent requirement for an eBoP Lead at the Manager level for the Fatehgarh project. The Wind & Solar Pooling Substations (PSS) along with the 400 kV transmission line are expected to be commissioned by the end of this month , making this a business-critical position that needs to be filled on priority.

The role will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of ISTS-connected assets , ensuring strict compliance with all operational and regulatory requirements for uninterrupted plant operations.

Project Infrastructure:

• Wind PSS: 33 kV / 400 kV (2 × 200 MVA)
• Solar PSS: 33 kV / 400 kV (1 × 200 MVA + 1 × 140 MVA)
• Solar PSS: 33 kV / 132 kV (1 × 75 MVA)
• Associated HV/EHV transmission network , including the 400 kV transmission line

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in EBoP/O&M of utility-scale Wind/Solar projects.
• Strong knowledge of 400 kV/220 kV/132 kV substations , transmission lines, and ISTS compliance .
• Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining HV/EHV electrical infrastructure .
• Ability to manage critical grid operations, statutory compliance, safety, and plant reliability.
