Role Overview:
The Key Account Manager – Group Business will be responsible for managing
and expanding strategic partnerships within the assigned portfolio. The
role demands a strong strategic mindset, business acumen, and the ability
to drive performance through effective collaboration and stakeholder
engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop a 360° strategic view of the assigned portfolio and drive growth
aligned with organizational goals.

Drive business performance through effective coordination with the
coverage team.

Monitor and optimize the performance of existing alliances
(partners/portfolio assigned).

Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with the national
business strategy.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in
partner organizations.

Resolve escalations promptly and ensure smooth operations across all
partner touchpoints.

Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor offerings based
on partner needs.

Provide market intelligence and competition insights to influence
product and business strategies.

Program manage partner relationships end-to-end, ensuring alignment and
closing operational gaps.

Demonstrate maturity and ownership in managing partnerships
independently.
Desired Profile:
-
MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5–10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Partnership
Management, or B2B Business Development (preferably in Financial
Services or Insurance).
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.

Proven ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management
skills.

Well-networked within the industry with a strong understanding of market
dynamics.
