Job Purpose
The role supports execution of business strategy, sales planning, and
performance tracking across Group Business (Fund, Risk, and Creditor). The
focus is on enabling business growth, improving productivity, and
supporting delivery of sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Planning & Analysis

Support development of business plans in coordination with Sales teams

Track performance against business targets and highlight key trends

Assist in analyzing business performance across products, segments, and
geographies
- Support benchmarking of sales and productivity metrics
2. Distribution Projects Support
-
Assist in execution of key initiatives such as segmentation,
micro-markets, cross-sell, and branch productivity programs
- Coordinate with channel teams for implementation of initiatives
- Track progress and support reporting of project outcomes
3. Sales Operations & Automation

Support implementation of sales automation and digital initiatives
- Assist in MIS automation and dashboard reporting
- Support UAT and system enhancements in coordination with IT teams

Coordinate with Operations/Finance for basic reconciliations and process
support
4. Sales & Lead Management
- Support structured sales process from lead tracking to conversion
- Assist in CRM usage and adoption (e.g., MS Dynamics)
- Help in preparing dashboards and sales performance reports
5. Product & Customer Support
- Assist in competitor benchmarking and identifying product gaps

Support coordination with Actuarial and Marketing teams for product and
communication initiatives
- Help in customer engagement and communication activities
6. Growth Initiatives Support
- Support lead generation and business development initiatives
- Assist in cross-sell and upsell opportunities across channels

Coordinate with internal teams to support strategic business initiatives
Role Summary
This role is suitable for a 2–5 years experienced professional who will
support business strategy execution, data analysis, reporting, and
coordination across teams to drive sales effectiveness and growth.
