UI / UX Designer

Client: Adobe India | Engagement: Off-Roll (Contractual)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise applications to join the Adobe India team on a contractual (off-roll) basis. The candidate should have strong expertise in wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and visual design. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end product design from concept to implementation is preferred.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• UI Design – Ability to create modern, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.
• UX Design – Understanding of user journeys, workflows, and user-centered design principles.
• Wireframing & Prototyping – Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• User Research & Usability Testing – Ability to gather user requirements, conduct research, and validate designs with users.

TOOLS EXPERIENCE

• Figma
• Adobe XD
• Miro (for workshops and journey mapping)

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Familiarity with AI-powered experiences and conversational interfaces.

SOFT SKILLS

• Strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Teams.
