About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled White Box Automation Engineer with strong programming expertise and a passion for building robust test automation solutions. You will have hands-on experience developing automation frameworks, validating backend services and APIs, and ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of complex software systems. Experience in the imaging domain and exposure to AI tools is a strong advantage.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks.
• Develop automated tests for functional, integration, regression, and system-level validation.
• Write high-quality automation code using Java, Node.js, or similar programming languages.
• Perform white-box testing by leveraging knowledge of application internals, architecture, and source code.
• Validate backend services and RESTful APIs through automated testing.
• Design and execute performance, load, and reliability tests for backend systems.
• Collaborate closely with software developers to identify defects early and improve overall software quality.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable insights to development teams.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
• Contribute to test strategy, framework enhancements, and quality engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a White Box Automation Engineer, SDET, or Automation Engineer.
• Strong hands-on programming experience in Java, Node.js, or equivalent object-oriented languages.
• Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, white-box testing techniques, and quality engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience testing backend systems, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Experience with API testing tools and frameworks.
• Experience conducting load, performance, and scalability testing.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in the imaging domain (image processing, imaging products, or related workflows).
• Exposure to AI tools and AI-assisted testing or development workflows.
