Position Summary

We are seeking a BuyDesk Operations Support Analyst to support the Global Source-to-Pay acquisition integration. This role will be responsible for assisting with the validation, creation, and issuance of migrated Purchase Orders (POs) within Adobe's procurement environment. The individual will work closely with the PO Migration Workstream Lead to ensure migrated PO data is accurate, complete, and successfully processed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the validation and issuance of migrated Purchase Orders (POs).
• Review migrated PO data for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and resolve PO-related data issues and exceptions.
• Partner with the PO Migration Workstream Lead to execute migration activities and address discrepancies.
• Assist with testing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Support cutover and post-migration stabilization efforts.
• Track and report operational issues requiring escalation.
• Document processes and support procedures as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting procurement or purchasing operations.
• Understanding of Purchase Order processes and lifecycle management.
• Strong attention to detail and data validation skills.
• Experience working with ERP or procurement systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ariba PR/PO system.
