The Opportunity
The Adobe SSO team (Shared Service Operations) is looking for an Accounts
Payable and SSO Specialist who is passionate about running AP Operations
independently, bringing efficiencies to operations through innovative ideas,
and building strong connections with stakeholders. We are looking for a
professional individual who is a great team player and demonstrates a high
level of ownership and commitment while practicing flexibility to meet
critical business requirements when needed.
Qualifications & Experience

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 4–6 years of experience in Accounts
Payable.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to
communicate effectively and confidently.

Basic to intermediate level knowledge of office tools, e.g., MS Excel.

High level of data input accuracy with strong attention to detail.

Processing of vendor invoices (PO/Non-PO) in SAP and Ariba within defined
SLAs for global regions.

Delivering a high level of accuracy and quality in AP operations.

Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting in accordance with company policies
and procedures.

Ensuring compliance with processes, procedures, Risk Control Matrices, and
management reporting.

Working on various AP-related reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis.

Responding to email queries within defined SLAs.

Running system queries and reports as directed.
-
Working on tax reconciliations and month-end closing-related activities.
Key Skill Requirements
-
Experience in India Accounts Payable would be an added advantage.

Expert-level knowledge of the Indian taxation regime.

Good experience in Accounts Payable using SAP. Ariba knowledge will be
preferred.

Experience handling statutory audits and internal audits of the AP
process.

Demonstrated ability to manage ongoing ad-hoc requests, queries,
complaints, and issues appropriately.

Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a virtual global team and manage cross-border
relationships effectively.

Experience analyzing data using Excel or other data analysis tools.

Ability to create and maintain MIS reports that help evaluate
productivity, efficiency, accuracy, trend analysis, backups, errors, and
operational excellence.
