About the Role
Adobe's Revenue Operations team sits at the heart of our "Empowering
Everyone to Create" transformation—connecting customer behavior, business
outcomes, and product evolution. This role supports the ICX-Sales
organization across Outbound, Inbound, Chat, and Customer Lifecycle Inside
Sales teams, managing end-to-end compensation processes, building scalable
analytics and reporting, and turning complex data into actionable insights
that shape GTM strategy and accelerate ARR growth.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, process rigor, and
storytelling. You'll partner closely with Sales leadership, Scrum,
Marketing, Finance, Cloudtech, CTI, GTM, and technical teams to drive
operational excellence, ensure accurate and timely payouts, and influence
executive decisions on one of Adobe's most visible, fast-growing
organizations.
Primary Responsibilities
Compensation & Quota/QRF Operations

Manage compensation processes for Sales Reps, including administering
compensation rules within the comp tool

Own quota setting for sales reps and ensure compensation/revenue actuals
are completed within required timelines

Report on attainment for compensation purposes, and reconcile orders to
ensure correct rep alignment (territory, account assignment, value)

Book of Business: Manage territories, account segmentation and ownership
Operational Excellence & Enablement

Partner with Data Engineers to build dashboards and scorecards that
scale insight delivery across global sales and support teams

Automate and scale existing reporting frameworks (pipeline reporting,
attrition analysis, SFDC cases, ad hoc requests) so teams can easily
self-serve dashboards and insights

Drive data accuracy and quality assurance—putting QA activities in place
to ensure trust among stakeholders and accurate payouts to reps

Document processes and operating procedures; perform UAT/PAT for system
enhancements

Own internal customer/stakeholder relationships, deliverables, and
timelines
What You Bring
-
Sales Ops Analyst: 4–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales
Operations, Data Analysis, or strategy roles (enterprise SaaS,
consulting, or product organization preferred)

Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic
insights that influence senior executives
- Hands-on on Ai

Strong technical proficiency in Excel, MS Access, Macros, Power BI,
Tableau, PowerPoint, SQL
- Experience with SAP and SFDC

Exceptional storytelling and communication skills—comfortable presenting
to executive audiences and simplifying complexity into clarity

Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to work under
minimal supervision as a strong team player

Strong project management skills; comfortable working under tight
timelines and flexible across time zones

Curiosity, creativity, and a bias for action in connecting data to
business impact
Notes:
Work is remote with once twice quarterly visit to Noida/other location as
per business needs.
Shift timing: 2pm to 11 pm IST but can change because of business needs.
