The Opportunity
The Adobe Campaign Managed Cloud Services Team ensures customer success
and reduces Total Cost of Ownership through standardised, optimised
deployment architectures; proactive performance management; transition
management; upgrade advisory; and faster issue resolution. As an
Experience Optimization Consultant, your core responsibility is to help
customers realise their marketing goals through Adobe Campaign Classic's
sophisticated platform.
You will solve complex technical challenges — integrating multiple data
systems, enabling real-time decisioning for millions of customers, and
connecting them across the Adobe Experience Cloud — with the ultimate goal
of mitigating technical issues before they occur downstream.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership of Adobe's Campaign Managed Cloud programme

Review, diagnose, recommend, and develop solutions for Campaign
customers using database technologies, programming languages, web
technologies, and Campaign Classic expertise — this is a hands-on
technical role

Collaborate with Campaign, Infrastructure Ops, Engineering, and other
Experience Cloud teams to craft solutions that increase customer
retention, dedication, and experience

Enable customers and partners on Adobe Campaign Classic standard
methodologies through side-by-side mentoring, remote enablement, and
delivering recommendations

Deliver successful service reviews, health checks, and advisory services

Provide guidance in email marketing and omni-channel standard
methodologies

Capture and document customer difficulties, business requirements, and
use cases to develop optimisation plans that deliver value through Adobe
Campaign

Build referenceable customers who are eager to share their successes
with the marketing community
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL development including ETL solutions
- Proficiency in scripting / programming (JavaScript preferred)
- Familiarity with XML

Proficiency with Adobe Campaign Classic or other email / cross-channel
marketing platforms
- Proficiency in implementing enterprise software

Ability to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience
of senior technical and business executives
- Eagerness to learn new applications of traditional technologies
Nice-to-Have
- Proficiency in foreign languages such as Japanese or French

Prior consulting or advisory services experience with large enterprise
customers
