We're looking for a passionate and driven early-career Talent Partner to
help shape Adobe's next generation of university talent. In this role,
you'll support end-to-end university hiring, drive campus engagement
initiatives, and help deliver impactful intern and graduate programs.

What You'll Do
Campus Attraction & Engagement

Represent Adobe as a brand ambassador across engineering and MBA campuses.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with placement teams, faculty, and
student groups.

Plan and execute campus engagement activities such as tech talks,
workshops, student sessions, and campus tours.

Develop outreach strategies to increase Adobe's visibility and interest
among diverse student communities.
University Recruitment

Support full-cycle university hiring (interns & grads) across assigned
business units.

Drive seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Partner with recruiters and business stakeholders to align hiring demand
with campus strategies.

Maintain candidate pipelines, track hiring progress, and support
assessments/interview logistics.

Ensure strong adoption of Adobe's hiring processes, documentation, and
tools.
University Programs

Plan and execute internal intern and grad programs like onboarding,
learning sessions, flagship experience programs and external programs with
students, faculty, including curriculum-focused collaborations,
roundtables, and speaker sessions.

Support onboarding, orientation, learning sessions, and engagement
experiences for interns and grads.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver smooth program
operations.

Help design engaging touchpoints that support students' transition from
campus to corporate.
Operational Excellence and Reporting

Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and reports across hiring and
programs.

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies
and sharing best practices.

Collaborate with the global University team on initiatives, frameworks,
and shared projects.
What You Bring
-
3–4 years of experience in university recruitment, early-career programs,
internships, or campus-facing roles.

Strong communication skills — comfortable presenting to students,
stakeholders, and leaders.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to
detail.

Creative mindset with a passion for working with students and
understanding Gen Z trends.

Interest in data, reporting, and research; familiarity with reporting
tools is a plus
