Overview
Adobe Captivate Prime is looking for a
Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator
to join the Adobe Captivate Prime LMS Team. Captivate Prime is Adobe’s
Learning Management System (LMS), and we are looking for candidates who have
a desire to make an impact in the Learning & Development domain to join
our team based in Bengaluru, India.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple instances of an LMS.

Advise stakeholders on the setup and management of LMS environments.

Provide basic troubleshooting for LMS activities, including content, SSO,
and APIs.

Work with multiple stakeholders to manage tasks and expectations.

Work independently while providing periodic updates to leadership.

Manage multiple client relationships, working remotely with Learning
Managers, CLOs, and Directors.

Present complex information clearly through written and verbal
communication.
LMS Administration
-
Manage users (Add, Delete, Modify).
-
Manage user enrollments.
-
Configure learning environments (branding, email templates, etc.).
-
Generate ad-hoc reports and configure recurring reports.
-
Manage Learning Objects (upload, update, retire).
-
Manage Learning Object tags, skills, and badges.
-
Advise authors on managing Learning Objects.
-
Assist with the integration of Adobe Captivate Prime into third-party
solutions, including headless LMS integrations.
-
Liaise with Adobe internal stakeholders to discuss enhancement requests.
-
Demonstrate expertise and provide advisory services on LMS setup and
management.
-
Respond to technical, procedural, and functional LMS-related queries from
stakeholders.

Investigate LMS issues, document findings, coordinate with stakeholders,
and work with support teams to drive resolution.

Document and educate stakeholders on LMS processes and best practices.

Establish, document, and enforce LMS policies and procedures.

Participate in learning strategy rollouts in collaboration with
stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
-
3–5 years of experience working with enterprise LMS platforms such as
Saba Cloud, Cornerstone, Moodle
, or similar systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-
High emotional intelligence with a strong customer service mindset.
-
Prior experience working with distributed, international teams.
-
Ability to lead small projects under the guidance of a manager while
working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with additional cloud-based LMS platforms.
-
Experience with Adobe learning content creation tools, such as
Adobe Captivate
.

Experience with
Adobe Connect
or other web meeting technologies.
