QA Engineer IV

What you’ll do

Responsibilities include developing and executing test strategies to ensure product quality.

Ensuring proper functionality and performance of application.

Work closely with development team to design and deliver the key product features.

Sense of complete ownership - own, complete end to end testing and delivery of assigned features.

Creation of Test Plan / Test Harness / Execution / Regression testing / Defect mgmt.

Experience in modern test methodologies and processes executed throughout the software development life cycle and have a proven track record as an individual contributor in Agile team environment.

A demonstrated ability to deliver quality product releases on schedule using risk analysis and defect containment practices, test automation, and continuous improvement initiatives are key to this position.

Good at customer Advocacy and design/test from customer viewpoint to ensure a good product experience.

Providing technical expertise to the projects and mentor junior team members.

Growing the overall technical knowledge & expertise of the team.

Responsible for overall quality of the product.

What you need to succeed

• Experience on testing Desktop(Windows, Mac), and Mobile(Android/Win).
• Good knowledge of test design techniques and test case reviews.
• Good knowledge of SDLC/STLC.
• Good experience in test management tools.
• Process-oriented with high attention to detail and good follow-through.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
