Role Summary:
We are hiring a data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to drive pipeline visibility, improve sales efficiency, and manage lead workflows across CRM systems. You will partner with sales leadership to enable better forecasting, reporting, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI) to track pipeline, forecast, and revenue performance
• Analyze data (Excel, SQL, Python) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support sales planning (quota, territories, headcount)
• Own pipeline hygiene, forecasting cadence, and reporting accuracy
• Manage end-to-end lead lifecycle in Microsoft Dynamics (routing, tracking, conversion)
• Optimize lead workflows, SLAs, and funnel performance (MQL → SQL → Opportunity)
• Drive CRM process improvements across Dynamics and Salesforce
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Sales Ops / Lead Flow Management / Analytics
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce (lead management, workflows, reporting)
• Advanced Excel, SQL; working knowledge of Python
• Experience with Power BI (data modeling, dashboards)
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
• Experience in B2B SaaS / Professional Services sales
• Familiarity with tools like Clari and ERP systems
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
