Quality Engineer II

Job Description:

Hands-on with Javascript and Python and experience in automation.

• Ability to look into automation failures and take appropriate actions with minimal or no guidance.
• Strong adaptability with changing requirements of product, team and organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good problem solving skills are required for this role.
• Bug writing and handling of assigned bugs need to be at par.
• Understand and Execute acceptance tests on release candidate software, guided by existing test plans.
• File detailed issue reports for failing tests; work with automation and development engineers to verify fixes.
• 3-6 years of experience working in software quality.
• Desktop testing experience; web and/or mobile testing experience a plus.
• Experience with bug tracking systems and the bug lifecycle.
• Review specifications and test plans, identifying gaps in coverage and supplementing with new test cases.
