Training Manager - Band 3
Job Summary:
The Training Manager at Ageas Federal Life Insurance plays a vital role in
enhancing the skillset and knowledge of our employees across all verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various
employee needs and organizational objectives.

Assess training requirements through surveys, interviews, and performance
metrics to identify skill gaps.

Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance
team capabilities and industry knowledge.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making
necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Collaborate with management and department heads to ensure alignment of
training programs with business goals.

Maintain documentation of training activities and performance measurements
for reporting and analysis.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve
training methodologies.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field; Master’s preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in
the insurance or financial services industry.

Strong understanding of adult learning theories and training methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and
inspire diverse audiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
and meet deadlines.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment as well as
independently.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CPTD or similar) is highly
desirable.

Experience in virtual training delivery and familiarity with e-learning
platforms.

materials.
