Job Summary:

The State Head for Ageas Federal Life Insurance will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and managing operations within the IMF Channel. This position involves strategic leadership, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the achievement of targets, ultimately contributing to the company's mission of providing exceptional insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve target growth in the IMF Channel across the assigned region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals to exceed operational goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective campaigns that enhance brand visibility and product value.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
