Agency Manager - Front Line Sales

Job Summary:

The Agency Manager - Front Line Sales plays a critical role in driving sales performance and managing a successful team of life insurance agents. This position requires a strategic approach to sales management, focusing on building productive teams that achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall growth of Ageas Federal Life Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and enhance market presence.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of agents, fostering a culture of performance excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and support for field operations.

Requirements:
