Regional Manager - IMF Channel
Job Summary:
As the Regional Manager for the IMF Channel at AGeas Federal Life Insurance,
you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and performance within your
designated region. This position is integral to cultivating strong
relationships with our partners, enhancing sales strategies, and leading a
dynamic team to exceed our goals and elevate client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance the performance
of the IMF Channel within the region.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve targets
and maintain high levels of employee engagement.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth
opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners and
stakeholders to drive business growth.

Monitor and assess the team's performance metrics, providing regular

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

insurance or financial services industry.
