Job Summary:

As the Regional Manager for the IMF Channel at AGeas Federal Life Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and performance within your designated region. This position is integral to cultivating strong relationships with our partners, enhancing sales strategies, and leading a dynamic team to exceed our goals and elevate client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance the performance of the IMF Channel within the region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and maintain high levels of employee engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and assess the team's performance metrics, providing regular feedback and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skill set of the team and improve service delivery.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management on sales performance, market opportunities, and operational challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage complex relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed for business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience in managing the IMF Channel or similar sales channels within the insurance sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Certifications in life insurance or financial planning.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
