Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build avenues for sourcing agency leaders in the location as per policy guidelines
• To meet the budgeted numbers of agency leaders recruitment for the location
• Work closely with agency leaders for achieving their targets through mentoring, coaching and helping them in joint calls
• Enable the Agency Leaders and ALMs to build & drive a strong advisor force
• To achieve month over month Branch Targets of advisor coding, activization and APE through ALMs/ALs & newly recruited ALs.
• To plan/review/monitor performance of the team of ALMs/ALs and advisors
• Submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism
• Taking care of day to day administration of the branch

Qualification & Experience Required:

Minimum 6 Years of experience in building distribution network / Sales.
