Key Responsibilities:

Identify and build avenues for sourcing agency leaders in the location
as per policy guidelines

To meet the budgeted numbers of agency leaders recruitment for the
location

Work closely with agency leaders for achieving their targets through
mentoring, coaching and helping them in joint calls

Enable the Agency Leaders and ALMs to build & drive a strong advisor
force
-
To achieve month over month Branch Targets of advisor coding,
activization and APE through ALMs/ALs & newly recruited ALs.

To plan/review/monitor performance of the team of ALMs/ALs and advisors
-
Submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting
mechanism
- Taking care of day to day administration of the branch
Qualification & Experience Required:
Minimum 6 Years of experience in building distribution network / Sales.
