Job Description

Key Skills:
  • SAP SD with S/4HANA experience
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
  • Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management
  • Delivery, Logistics Execution, and Customer Master
  • SD integration with MM, FICO, and Plant Maintenance
  • Support, enhancements, and issue resolution
  • Functional specifications, testing, and user support
Preferred:
  • Experience in Cement or Manufacturing Industry
  • Exposure to Ariba and OpenText environments
  • Experience in support projects and change requests
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end SAP SD business processes
  • Handle tickets, incidents, and change requests
  • Work on pricing, billing, delivery, and sales order issues
  • Coordinate with MM, FICO, PM, and technical teams
  • Support business process improvements and enhancements
  • Prepare functional documentation and support testing activities
