Job Summary
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or
related field.

Experience
• Minimum 15 years of experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading site-level projects, ideally within
manufacturing, operations, digital, IT, or enterprise system deployment environments.
• Strong experience working with manufacturing site teams and supporting the delivery
of change within operational environments.
• Good understanding of how business processes work within pharmaceutical
manufacturing sites, including how systems, data, people, and workflows interact to
support day-to-day operations.

Deployment Experience
• Experience supporting or leading site-level deployments of enterprise systems.
• Hands-on involvement in implementation activities such as testing, training, cutover,
go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to translate deployment plans into practical site-level execution activities that
align with local business processes and operational constraints.

Manufacturing Environment Knowledge
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and production
constraints.

• Good understanding of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments and the
importance of compliance, data integrity, change control, and operational continuity
during deployment activities.
• Ability to understand and assess how new systems or digital solutions impact existing
business processes, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working.

Leadership & Coordination Skills
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams at the site level.
• Proven ability to work in matrix environments with dual reporting lines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills are essential, as this role will work directly with site
leadership, functional leaders, operational teams, IT delivery teams, and global program
stakeholders.
• Ability to provide clear updates, manage expectations, escalate issues appropriately,
and influence site teams to support successful deployment and adoption.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with systems such as:
o ERP, e.g., SAP
o MES
o Planning or Quality systems
• Experience in global or multi-site deployment programs.
• Familiarity with structured deployment methodologies and change management
practices.
• Good understanding of Lean principles, operational excellence, or continuous
improvement approaches is preferred.
