Purpose of the Job

Design scalable, optimized, and replicable B-Spoke solutions aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.

• Manage and contribute across the full RFI / RFP / EOI lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, and proposal submission.
• Provide multiple technical solution options with cost optimization and performance considerations.
• Engage with internal business teams, and other stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution alignment.
• Ensure solutions are profitable, competitive, and aligned with organizational capabilities.
• Act as a technical SME during discussions, clarifications, and negotiations.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, OEMs, SCM, and Delivery teams to build end-to-end solutions.
• Coordinate across multiple functions to ensure alignment on solution feasibility, costing, and execution strategy.
• Provide mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance requirements.
• Ensure smooth transition of designed solutions to delivery and implementation teams.
• Provide clarifications and technical support during project execution when required.
• Maintain documentation for continuity and operational efficiency.
