Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ITOM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong development skills and be able to work closely with customer stakeholders from the Gurgaon customer office.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 Years .
• Immediate Joiners only.
• Candidate must be willing to work onsite from the customer office in Gurgaon .

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery or ITOM certification is preferred.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
• Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Workflows, and IntegrationHub .
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Good understanding of CMDB, Update Sets, Application Scoping, and ServiceNow development best practices .
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
