Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, administration, integrations, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate should have expertise in platform architecture, security, automation, integrations, and enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow platform solutions.
Build and manage integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP APIs.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot MID Servers and Discovery.
Develop and maintain ATF (Automated Test Framework) test suites.
Implement and manage ACLs, roles, and platform security.
Perform instance upgrades, cloning, and Domain Separation activities.
Develop Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow
Designer, and Catalog solutions.
Support platform performance, governance, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise ServiceNow
solutions.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and platform engineering
experience.
Strong experience with Integration Hub.
Hands-on experience with MID Server, Discovery, and integrations.
Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework).
Strong knowledge of ACLs, security, and role-based access control.
Experience with Domain Separation, instance upgrades, and cloning.
Expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script
Includes, and Service Catalog.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub Spokes.
CSA certification is mandatory; CAD/CIS certifications are preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM modules.
Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
