Program Manager – Operations (Center of Excellence)

Job Summary:

Ambak is seeking a dedicated Program Manager – Operations to become a key player in our Operations Center of Excellence (COE). This role centers on enhancing cross-functional processes and operational frameworks, making a significant impact on the efficiency of our lending lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end program management across Fulfillment, Credit, Disbursal, and Partner Operations.
• Identify operational gaps and design scalable workflows, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to implement automation initiatives.
• Own project plans, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
• Track operational KPIs, OKRs, and business metrics to measure program success.
• Lead process improvement initiatives from pilot through organization-wide rollout.
• Coordinate with city teams and business leaders to ensure successful implementation.
• Create process documentation, training material, and transition plans for operational teams.
• Conduct process reviews and recommend improvements based on data and business insights.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Program Management, Operations Excellence, Business Transformation, Consulting, or Project Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process mapping, SOP creation, and workflow optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business functions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in FinTech, Lending, BFSI, or Mortgage Operations.
• Familiarity with operational tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar project management platforms.
• Experience working on automation or digital transformation initiatives.
