Program Manager – Operations (Center of Excellence)

Job Summary:

Ambak is seeking a dedicated Program Manager – Operations to join our Operations Center of Excellence (COE) in Gurgaon. This role is instrumental in driving cross-functional process improvements and enhancing efficiency across the lending lifecycle, making a significant impact on our organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end program management across Fulfillment, Credit, Disbursal, and Partner Operations.
• Identify operational gaps and design scalable workflows, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to implement automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
• Own project plans, timelines, and ensure clear cross-functional stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track operational KPIs, OKRs, and business metrics to measure program success and drive informed decision-making.
• Lead process improvement initiatives from pilot stages through organization-wide rollout, ensuring broad stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with city teams and business leaders to guarantee successful implementation and adherence to new processes.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Program Management, Operations Excellence, Business Transformation, Consulting, or Project Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in process mapping, SOP creation, and workflow optimization in complex environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various business functions effectively.
• Excellent communication and project management skills with a high attention to detail.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to execute tasks independently and proactively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in FinTech, Lending, BFSI, or Mortgage Operations industries.
• Familiarity with operational tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar project management platforms.
• Experience working on automation or digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational capabilities.
