Job Description

A Regional Sales Manager drives revenue growth and expands market presence within a specific geographic area . They are responsible for leading local sales teams, setting quotas, developing strategic sales plans tailored to the region, and managing key client relationships.

Core Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor local sales representatives and district managers to maximize team performance.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and corporate clients in the region.
    • Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify new business expansion opportunities.  

    • Budget & P&L Management: Manage regional sales budgets, schedule expenditures, and analyze variances to ensure profitability.  

    • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, submit regular performance reports to upper management, and adjust sales strategies as needed.
