HR Executive
Job Summary:
The HR Executive plays a vital role in our organization by managing end-to-end
recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent. This position offers
an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic HR team in Delhi,

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive job analyses to create accurate and engaging job
descriptions.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social
media, and networking events.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for
interviews.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates,
ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle,
providing timely updates and feedback.

Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for
potential hires.

Support onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a welcoming and
effective integration into the organization.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field; MBA in HR or PGDM preferred.

0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles, with a solid
understanding of HR practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced
environment.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management
software.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring
managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.
