Job Summary:

The HR Executive plays a vital role in our organization by managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic HR team in Delhi, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive job analyses to create accurate and engaging job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a welcoming and effective integration into the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA in HR or PGDM preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles, with a solid understanding of HR practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.
  • Certifications in HR or talent acquisition would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in campus recruitment or internship programs.
