Job Summary:

The Showroom Sales Associate for the Decorative Wood & Allied division at Asian Paints will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise. You will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our innovative wood products while ensuring a luxurious shopping experience for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting decorative wood products by providing knowledgeable consultations and recommendations.
• Drive showroom sales through effective merchandising strategies and by showcasing product features and benefits.
• Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing showroom environment that reflects the quality of the brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events that attract new customers to the showroom.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while managing customer inquiries and feedback.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or home improvement industry.
