Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables:

For ETO Tech Checker- Modular Kitchen/Wardrobes/fitted furniture

• FSM & Technical Compliance Review

Conduct thorough FSM checking to ensure all design and technical inputs

adhere to approved standards, specifications, and project requirements before

further processing.

• Verification of Non-Standard Item Notes

Validate and cross-check all non-standard item notes during the technical check

stage to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and correct documentation for execution.

• Construction Drawing Review

Review construction drawings in detail to confirm dimensional accuracy,

material specifications, and alignment with finalized technical and design

approvals.

• Sign-Off Documentation Verification

Ensure all mandatory sign-off documents are reviewed, verified, and obtained

from relevant stakeholders prior to release for manufacturing or execution.

• SQ Excel – Non-Standard Details Validation

Check and verify only non-standard details reflected in the SQ Excel to ensure

consistency with approved drawings, notes, and signed-off technical

documents.
