Job Description

  • Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned revenue and volume targets across the territory.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize market penetration and business growth.
  • Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners to strengthen the distribution network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, contractors, modular furniture manufacturers, and other key influencers.
  • Promote the complete range of component products including furniture fittings, hardware, kitchen accessories, wardrobe solutions, and allied products.
  • Conduct dealer meets, architect meets, carpenter meets, contractor engagement programs, and product demonstrations to generate demand and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, product launches, and market trends, and recommend appropriate business strategies.
  • Ensure achievement of sales, collection, and profitability targets while maintaining healthy channel relationships.
  • Manage dealer investments and monitor ROI to ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, market intelligence, and business reports to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, supply chain, and technical teams for smooth execution of business plans.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
