Job Title: Site Sampler – Construction Chemicals

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Sampler to support our QA/QC and R&D activities by collecting and managing field samples of construction chemical products such as waterproofing systems, tile adhesives, grouts, and repair mortars. The role is critical to ensure product performance, consistency, and alignment with site conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

•            Collect site samples of products such as waterproofing coatings, tile grout, adhesives, repair mortars, and related materials

•            Ensure sampling is done as per standard protocols to maintain accuracy and reliability

•            Properly label, pack, and transport samples to the laboratory without contamination or damage

•            Maintain detailed records including product type, batch number, site conditions, and application stage

•            Coordinate with QA/QC and R&D teams for testing and feedback

•            Observe and report on-site application practices, surface conditions, and performance issues

•            Support basic on-site checks such as consistency, workability, and initial setting behaviour

•            Ensure adherence to safety standards and PPE usage at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•            Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or related field

•            Basic understanding of construction chemicals and site practices

•            Knowledge of sampling techniques and quality processes

•            Good documentation and communication skills

•            Willingness to travel extensively to project sites

Experience:

•            0–3 years in construction chemicals, site QA/QC, or material testing

•            Freshers with strong technical understanding can also be considered
