Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Communication
-
Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies aligned
with business objectives and brand guidelines.
-
Plan and implement ATL, BTL, Digital, and Trade Marketing campaigns to
improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
-
Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels and
customer touchpoints.
-
Develop annual Marcom calendars and campaign plans for product launches,
seasonal promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
Brand Collaterals & Creative Development
-
Lead the development of brochures, catalogues, product leaflets, technical
literature, packaging, POS materials, dealer branding, exhibition assets,
videos, and corporate presentations.

Manage creative development through internal design teams and external
agencies.
-
Ensure all communication materials comply with brand standards and technical
accuracy.
Digital Marketing
-
Drive digital marketing initiatives including:

Website management

SEO & SEM
-
Social Media Marketing
-
Email Marketing
-
Lead Generation Campaigns
-
Performance Marketing
-
Track campaign performance and optimize ROI using analytics and digital
tools.
Packaging & Product Branding
-
Coordinate with Product Management, QC, Technical Services, and Projects
teams for packaging development and product branding.

Support new product launches by developing packaging, labels, technical
brochures, installation guides, and communication kits.

Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance in packaging artwork.
Agency & Vendor Management
-
Manage creative agencies, digital agencies, media partners, printers,
photographers, filmmakers, exhibition agencies, and branding vendors.
-
Negotiate commercials and ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
-
Monitor agency performance and deliverables.
Events & Trade Marketing
-
Plan and execute exhibitions, dealer meets, product launches, contractor
meets, architect events, and customer engagement programs.
-
Manage exhibition stall design, branding, promotional materials, and event
communication.
Public Relations & Corporate Communication
-
Support PR initiatives, media communication, press releases, corporate
announcements, and leadership communication.

Build brand awareness through strategic media planning and communication
initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
-
Collaborate with Sales, Regional Marketing Teams, Product Managers,
Technical Services, Quality, Projects, Procurement, and Senior Management.

Support regional marketing initiatives with customized communication and
promotional materials.
Budget & Performance Management
-
Manage annual Marcom budgets and optimize marketing spend.
-
Measure campaign effectiveness using KPIs, ROI analysis, lead generation
metrics, and brand performance indicators.
-
Recommend corrective actions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Key Requirements
Education
-
MBA in Marketing / PGDM (Marketing)
-
Degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Brand Management, or related
field will be an added advantage.
Experience
-
8–15 years
of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Management, Product
Marketing, or Corporate Communications.

Experience in
Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, Paints, Building Materials, Chemicals,
FMCG, or Manufacturing industries OR FMCG OR Advertising industry
is preferred.
