Role Summary
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving
primary sales
of wood adhesive products by managing distributors, expanding the dealer
network, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring achievement of
sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual primary sales targets.

Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and dealers.

Appoint new dealers and distributors to expand market reach.

Increase product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.

Promote wood adhesive products to plywood dealers, carpenters, contractors,
and furniture manufacturers.

Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
-
Coordinate with distributors for stock availability and timely order
execution.

Ensure collection of payments and maintain healthy outstanding levels.

Conduct product demonstrations and awareness programs for dealers and
influencers.

Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and forecasting on a regular basis.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
-
Graduate in any discipline.
-
2–6 years of experience in primary sales.
-
Experience in
Wood Adhesives
is preferred.
-
Candidates from
Plywood, Laminates, Veneers, Architectural Hardware, Furniture Hardware,
Building Materials, Paints, or related industries
will also be considered.

Strong dealer and distributor management experience.
-
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
