Achievement

business
development
targets
as
per
business
objectives.

Identify
customer
/
user
needs
and
new
applications
and
engage
with the backend team to fulfil customer requirement.

Management

Cultivate
strong
relationship
with
existing
clients
to
ensure
customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify
and
engage
with
potential
clients,
partners
and
industry influencers to expand the business network.

Customer Management

·
Drive the customer development program through need
identification, product presentations, trials, commercial
discussion & regular supplies.

Complaint handling at industrial customer level and thereby ensure
good service.

Reporting & Analysis
|

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and
competitor activities for management review.

Shared Responsibility

Discuss organization performance needs with team on regular
intervals.

Guide the team on technical aspect for better performance and

Create healthy competition in the team to drive desired
