Job Description – Interbank Business Manager, Interbank Business

Job Description: An Interbank Business Manager in the Interbank Business is responsible for generating new business while developing and maintaining strong partnerships with both new and existing Interbank Customers. The role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction through tailored deposit solutions and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with Interbank clients through proactive and regular engagement.

·        Needs Assessment: Analyse partner institutions' deposit strategies to provide effective, customized solutions.

·        Tailored Solutions: Offer deposit products (CA/SA/TD) to existing clients and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities.

·        Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all interactions adhere to regulatory standards and internal risk policies.

·        Business Growth: Identify and pursue Interbank collaboration opportunities to increase deposit volumes through strategic partnerships and cross-selling initiatives.

·        Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

·        Account Management: Oversee key institutional accounts, manage performance, and promptly address any operational challenges.

·        Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including operations, sales, and customer service to enhance the overall client experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

·        Education: Bachelor’s or a postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Interbank/wholesale/FIG/TASC/Govt. Business, or the financial services industry.

·        Knowledge: Strong understanding of products, operations, and compliance regulations.

Compensation and Grade:

·        Compensation: The expected CTC is between Rs. 8 to Rs. 12 Lakhs.

·        Grade: Depending on the candidate’s experience and suitability, we can offer a grade up to Senior Manager.
