We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Brand Media Manager to lead
and manage all brand media initiatives. This role is responsible for planning,
executing, and optimizing traditional media campaigns (print, radio, TV,
cinema, digital and outdoor) to enhance brand visibility, reach target
audiences, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies aligned with overall
brand and marketing goals
* Plan and manage campaigns across traditional channels including print,
television, radio, outdoor (OOH), and digital
* Identify target audiences and optimize media mix for maximum reach and
impact
* Negotiate with media agencies, publishers, and vendors for cost-effective
media buying
* Monitor campaign performance and analyze ROI, reach, and effectiveness
* Collaborate with creative, digital, and brand teams to ensure consistent
messaging across all platforms
* Manage budgets, timelines, and reporting for all media activities
* Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging offline media
opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
* 4–8 years of experience in media planning, buying, or brand management
* Strong understanding of traditional media channels and audience targeting
* Proven negotiation and vendor management skills
* Analytical mindset with experience in measuring campaign
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

1. Lead rebranding initiatives from start to finish, including refreshing

Internal Communication
1. Develop and carry out internal communication strategies to help employees
understand and support the brand.
2. Work with HR, L&D, and internal communications teams to weave brand
values into onboarding, training, and employee engagement programs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
1. Work closely with product, branch operations, customer experience, and
compliance teams to ensure the brand is consistent in all initiatives.
2. Support internal teams with brand guidelines, templates, and messaging
frameworks.
3. Maintain and update brand guidelines and ensuring it is followed across.
