Data Engineer (Power BI)

Key responsibilities

• Manage the design, build, delivery and documentation of PowerBI dashboards based on business requirements
• Create / update PBI development guidelines for Security
• Manage the quarterly activities required in Azure Data Lake related to the consolidation of Entities security posture’s self-assessment (xls)
  • Integrate the Raw Data
  • Monitor the custom KPI calculation pipelines and cross validate the results after successful completion
  • Generate SAS tokens for the Data Lake AAS services in multiple environments
  • Reinforcement testing using Python
• Manage maintenance and evolutions impacts on the existing process
• Identify automation opportunities within the reporting practice and ensure its development

 

Technical skills

• Power BI: Ability to create/modify interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• VBA, SQL, Excel
• Ability to analyze large data sets
• Azure DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automation workflows.
• Azure Data Engineering: Strong knowledge of Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, blob storage, and related services.
• Databricks: Hands-on experience with Databricks notebooks
• Python & PySpark: Proficiency in Python programming and using PySpark for large-scale data processing.
