Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Project Management expertise to lead Agile teams and drive successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, manage project timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, project planning, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum & Agile Delivery

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity and delivery.
• Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.

Project Management

• Plan, track, and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Escalate critical issues and risks when required.
• Drive alignment across multiple teams and functions.

Agile Metrics & Reporting

• Track and report Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, Burnup, Sprint Progress, and Team Capacity.
• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Drive Agile maturity and best practices across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of overall experience in Agile Project Delivery.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong Project Management experience.
• Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong risk management, planning, and delivery management skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile Project Management certifications are an added advantage.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps for sprint and project tracking.
