We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Manager for Organizational Governance & Service Management (OGSM) team at AXA Global Business Services. Supporting the Lead Organizational Governance & Steering, this role is a crucial part of our SE&T team. Working in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment, we are looking for a candidate who feels comfortable and is experienced in working with a wide variety of international stakeholders and senior management. Within this role, proposing pragmatic solutions, and building excellent working relationships will be paramount to enable the successful delivery of strategic projects.
You will manage varying levels of ambiguity, implement practical solutions, and build strong working relationships to facilitate the successful delivery of the program. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a single project or a work-stream of a larger project. Working closely with the Lead OGSM, you will drive governance of critical strategic projects while contributing to the establishment of a comprehensive portfolio management framework for GBS, alongside developing and implementing new governance processes.
As a hands-on Associate Manager for OGSM, you will be humble yet driven, detail-oriented, and dedicated to achieving excellence.
