Execute Data Quality Management processes in-line with
defined standards and process documentation

Support engagement with business stakeholders (Data
Owners, Data Stewards, Executive Data Owners) to adopt and
maintain responsibilities pertaining to Data Quality
Management

Support the documentation and reporting of Data Quality
Issues, including dashboard production and ad-hoc
reporting
-
Perform root cause analysis for Data Quality Issues and
feed into solution design where appropriate

Escalate Data Quality Issues to Data Quality Lead and
other relevant business and IT stakeholders where required
-
Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define
Data Quality Rules, including through execution of Data
Profiling
-
Support the operations and maintenance of Data Quality
Monitoring dashboards
-
Support the application of Data Quality Control Standards
(Data Quality by Design) within SDLC processes
-
Support the design and maintenance of Data Quality tooling
solutions
-
Support the provision and reporting of Data Quality Key
Risk Indicators

Support maintenance and continuous improvements to the
Data Quality Framework, including underlying processes and
procedures

Drive adoption of data quality standards and best
practices

Strong previous experience managing Data Quality at an
enterprise level

Strong experience in root cause analysis techniques for DQ
Issues

Strong experience in Data Profiling and Data
Cleansing

Strong knowledge and experience in other data management
topics (e.g. data governance, metadata management)
-
Strong experience interpreting conceptual, logical and
physical data models
-
Preferably experience delivering into regulatory
initiatives (e.g. Solvency II, BCBS-239, CCAR)

Exposure to data modelling, use of Critical Data Elements
(CDE) / Key Data Elements (KDE) and data architecture

Ability to work in a team and also operate
self-sufficiently

Excellent inter-personal, collaboration and communication

Technical skills

Strong experience in Data Quality tooling (e.g. Talend,
Ataccama, Trillium)

Strong experience in one or more Metadata Management and
Data Lineage tools (e.g. Collibra, Informatica Data
Catalog, Ab Initio Metadata Explorer, IBM InfoSphere IGC,
Talend Data Catalog etc.)

Strong experience working with business Data Owners and
Data Stewards to perform data quality management
responsibilities

Strong experience in Metadata Management and Data Lineage
(e.g. business glossary documentation, maintenance, data
lineage documentation)

Strong experience in SQL, Python
-
Preferable experience with Azure stack, including Azure
data factory V2, Blob/ADLS, Azure Databricks, Snowflake,
Azure analysis services and Cosmos DB,
or
strong experience in data engineering on other cloud
platforms (GCP, AWS)

Experience working with continuous integration and
continuous deployment tooling using Azure Dev Ops

Demonstrable knowledge of Reference or Master Data
Management

Experience or certifications in Data Management bodies of
knowledge (E.g. DAMA, DCAM)
