Job Description – Band B1 / B2 (Salesforce developer)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio
Developer who can join the team and contribute from day one. The role
involves working on end-to-end implementation and enhancement activities
across Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), OmniStudio components, and
Salesforce Core. This position requires strong hands-on skills, the
ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience delivering
high-quality solutions using Industry Cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance solutions using Vlocity/OmniStudio components,
including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and
FlexCards.

Build and maintain features using Salesforce Core: Apex, LWC, Flows,
and platform configuration.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.

Participate in requirement discussions, grooming sessions, and
technical design reviews.

Support existing applications by analyzing issues, identifying root
causes, and implementing effective resolutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA,
architects) to ensure high-quality delivery.

Ensure development follows best practices, coding standards, and
performance guidelines.

Contribute to deployment activities using CI/CD tools as needed.
Required Technical Skills

3+ years of hands-on Vlocity/OmniStudio experience, including:
- OmniScripts
- DataRaptors (Extract/Load/Transform)
- Integration Procedures
- FlexCards

Strong Salesforce Core expertise, including Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and
Flows.

Experience in building end-to-end user journeys and integrations.

Ability to analyze data models and work with external systems via
REST/SOAP APIs.

Good understanding of platform best practices, performance
considerations, and security standards.
Required Certifications
- Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) (Preferred)
- Additional Salesforce or Vlocity certifications are a plus.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, etc.)
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Understanding of multi-system integration patterns.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
