Guidewire configuration

Job Description :

• Provide technical guidance on Gosu, PCF, workflows, rules engine, and integration frameworks .
• Lead technical design and architecture of Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and enhancements.
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
• Review and approve design documents, integration patterns, data models, and configuration approaches .
• Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices (configuration vs customization philosophy) .
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and detailed designs
• Oversee development of:
  • ClaimCenter configurations (entities, screens, workflows, rules)
  • Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, third-party systems)
  • Batch processes and data migration components
• Ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability through coding standards.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure consistency and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of Guidewire developers and senior engineers .
• Provide technical coaching on Gosu, Guidewire framework, and integration patterns .
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation .
• Drive use of Guidewire Integration Framework (Messaging, Web Services, REST APIs) .
• Oversee build, release, and deployment activities across environments.
• Define and enforce unit testing and code coverage standards .
• Support defect triaging and root cause analysis .
• Ensure high-quality, defect-free releases .
• Provide technical feasibility assessments and effort estimations .
