Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM – Projects (Wind Projects)
Experience- 15–25 Years
Qualification - B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical,
Civil, or relevant Engineering discipline.
Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale wind power projects from
development to commissioning. The role requires extensive experience in
project execution, stakeholder management, EPC coordination, statutory
approvals, and timely project delivery while ensuring safety, quality, and
commercial compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead wind power projects from concept to commissioning.

Manage project planning, execution, timelines, budgets, and resource
allocation.

Ensure on-time construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of
projects.

Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, consultants, and
cross-functional teams.

Drive statutory approvals including CEIG, SLDC, DISCOM, and power
evacuation readiness.

Monitor project quality, safety, NCR closure, RCA, and field change
management.

Conduct regular site visits and resolve execution and local stakeholder
issues.

Ensure contractual governance, commercial closure, and claim management
with EPCs and subcontractors.

Oversee PPA compliance and project documentation, KPIs, and reporting.

Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and
HSE standards with a target of zero accidents.
Key Requirements
-
15–25 years of experience in utility-scale Wind/Solar project execution.

Proven experience in delivering
200–300 MW
renewable energy projects from concept to commissioning.

Must have independently managed at least
2 Wind Power Projects
.

Strong knowledge of EPC management, power evacuation, statutory
approvals, and project commissioning.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, commercial, and
contractual negotiation skills.

Travel:
Frequent domestic travel is required, as the role involves leading the
execution of the
Anantapur Wind Project
